Welcome to Student Symposium
The International Student Symposium offers educational leadership conferences for ambitious young people from the United States and more than 25 other countries. It provides exciting and enriching opportunities in an authentic leadership setting.
This is a particularly critical time for the study of world affairs and the International Student Symposium offers young people a unique educational opportunity to broaden their understanding of the world and develop critical skills in the art of negotiation and communication.
This symposium is carefully designed to inspire today’s youth to reach their full leadership and communicative potential as international issues and events focus more sharply on globalization. As the anticipation of European integration extends to 25 countries, it is very appropriate that the Student Symposium is held in Prague - the capital of the Czech Republic, and the symbol of a new and expanding Europe.
The program provides students with the opportunity to meet and interact with some of the finest minds in the world working on current international affairs. Through seminars and workshops, participants receive a hands-on learning experience.
They will meet officials at foreign embassies and at the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Of course the opportunity to discover some of Prague’s historic splendor is also an unforgettable event.
